Complimentary sample sessions are an engaging and practical way to find out what coaching can do for you. If you have never worked with a coach before, it's an opportunity to experience the style of coaching administered and to see if you and I are a fit to work together in coaching. Every coach has a different style and my approach is very coactive and interactive working with you to look inside and find answers as well as having the guidance of my experience.
Perhaps the best thing about a sample session is that you can come with a very specific issue that you're facing right now, and leave with a plan to manage it better. Not only do you learn how I work with my clients, but you get immediate results!
