ABOUT DEBRA HANSON
Employing an experiential methodology, she allows each individual to experience a continuum of struggle, awareness, learning and applied knoweldge in the training process.
Having served as Director of Coaching for two different specialty training and coaching companies, Debra has developed and delivered training curricula that introduce the key coaching skills required to create a coaching culture. In the same role, she has supervised teams of one-on-one business coaches.
Having owned a business herself for over 25 years, Debra understands how crucial leadership and effective communication are, and brings with her a wealth of first-hand experience in application of coaching in the manager-employee relationship.
Debra is known for her warmth and authenticity in her coaching. She inspires action and accountability from those with whom she works. Her style of coaching is interactive, experiential and establishes trust in a safe environment. Debra focuses on developing personal and professional fulfillment as well as leadership skills.
She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, and earned the title of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
Debra Hanson, CPCC, is a San Francisco-based business coach. She has maintained a fulll book of clients for nearly a decade, including business leaders ranging from one-person start-ups to CEOs of large companies. In addidtion, she has developed a specialty in working with teams. She is skilled in a variety of training delivery formats including traditional workshop training, teleclasses, and one-on-one coaching.
